Horizoned by Resurrection

"Christ is made the horizon of a new creation by resurrection from the dead. We are thus going to consider this horizon of resurrection, or horizoned by resurrection. We now understand what a horizon is. It is the frontier of vision and the content of knowledge, the range of our apprehension and comprehension. And these letters to the Corinthians are an unfolding of what that means; what it means that Christ by resurrection has been constituted, designated, determined, declared the horizon - the whole range and scope of a new creation. By resurrection He is made that, so that everything in Christ is known, and apprehended, and entered into on the ground of resurrection and in no other way."
