"The Lord's mind for His people is not that they should abide in the deep places and the shadowy places, though they may have to go that way and have to pass through the valleys from time to time, the Lord's provided ordinance, the Lord's thought and intention for His people, is that they should be people of the heights, of the high places. There should be that governing all their life which is above and not beneath."
